The Water Tower at John’s Landing was completed in 1903. The 115,000 square foot landmark in the John’s Landing area was originally a furniture manufacturing plant. In the early 1970s the project was completely renovated by legendary developer John Gray into a stunning office/retail complex. The Water Tower retains it’s original elements, including exposed beam ceilings, fir floors and dramatic skylights and clerestory windows. Columbia Research Group, Inc. has occupied approximately 3200 sq.ft. on the 3rd floor since 2010.
